The ZSD05 APC is an armored personnel carrier featured in Squad, introduced in Version 5.0 for the PLA Navy Marine Corps (PLANMC) faction.

Part of the Type 05 amphibious armored vehicle family, the ZSD05 variant is the dedicated amphibious assault carrier for the PLA Navy Marine Corps, the People’s Liberation Army Amphibious Ground Force and the PLA Ground Force Amphibious Assault Brigade. It shares the hydroplane design for high-speed water movement.

Gameplay[]
- The ZSD05 is operated by two crewmen, the driver and the open-top gunner. But unlike many other APCs in-game, ZSD05 does NOT require a Crewman kit role to operate. This makes the vehicle role more akin to light attack vehicles.
- Likewise, the vehicle only costs 5 tickets, whereas other APCs usually cost 10.
- The ZSD05 open-top gunner is relatively unprotected and could be easily taken out by heavy machine guns or autocannon fires.
- On the APC, the seat is better-protected than the average open-top scout car, but a dedicated infantryman can still aim through the openings for a kill.
- On the logistics variant, there is no shielding whatsoever.
- The ZSD05 is fully amphibious with a unique hydroplane design, which enables the 30km/h traversal speed in the water. This is the fastest water-traversing speed in the game.

- ZSD05 has two variants, which are the transport variant and the logistic variant.
- ZSD05 Transport variant is armed with QJZ89 heavy machine gun in an armor plate-protected open-top turret.
- ZSD05 Logistic variant is armed with QJY88 general purpose machine gun in an open-top position without protection, and can carry 3000 ammo and construction points.
