The ZBD05 IFV is an amphibious infantry fighting vehicle featured in Squad, introduced in Version 5.0 for the PLA Navy Marine Corps (PLANMC) faction.

General information[]
Part of the Type 05 amphibious armored vehicle family, the ZBD05 is China's dedicated amphibious fighting vehicle designed for high-speed amphibious assault operations for the PLA Navy Marine Corps and PLA Ground Force Amphibious Assault Brigade. Its unique hydroplane design enables a 30km/h water-traversing speed, several times faster than its contemporaries.

Gameplay[]
- The ZBD05 is operated by three crewmen, the driver, the gunner, and the commander. The commander position does not require the Crewman kit role to operate; it has a rangefinder but no weapons.
- The ZBD05 is fully amphibious with a unique hydroplane design, which enables the 30km/h traversal speed in the water.
- This is the fastest water-traversing speed in the game.
Gunner view[]
Four large numbers at the bottom show the distance to the target. The Chinese character lights at the top shows the type of weapon selected.
- 尾 (wěi in Pinyin) is Armor-Piercing Sabot.
- 穿 (chuān) is unused (supposed to be for Armor-Piercing).
- 杀 (shā) is High Explosive.
- 导 (dǎo) is ATGM.
- 并 (bìng) is the 5.8 mm coaxial machine gun.
- 烟 (yān) is smoke launcher.
The gunner reticles are similar to that of the ZBD04A. With one zoom-in:
- There is one circle labeled 50.
- There are 3 sets of bullet-drop compensation lines, labeled "HE", "AP", and "5.8", corresponding to the different gun calibers and ammos.
