Sumari Bala is one of the maps available in the game Squad. The map is set in a large, clustered village in the Islamic Republic of Pakistan cut by a river and surrounded by farmland. The map is mostly close quarters engagment with firefights across city streets, back alleys, and the open fields to the north and south. Larger vehicles tend not to last long in the claustrophobic town, but this is also where the Technical excels, darting down streets and through fields to hit and then flee, with ample buildings to provide cover for a getaway.
Sumari was added to the game in Alpha 3.

Trivia[]
- There is no Urdu word for Sumari, so it is probably a made up name. The Urdu word for Bala is ŲØŲ§ŁŲ§. Sumari Bala is based off the village of Hangu (Urdu: ŪŁŚÆŁ) in the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, which is near the city of Kohat.
- Sumari Bala is the only Squad map with a layer with the word "Seed" in the name. Most likely due to this map having been one of the very first (if not the first) released original non-training Squad map(s) and due to OWI's intention having been to suggest this urban-desert map+layer to admins for seeding their servers. On all later maps OWI transitioned to the logical "skirmish" naming-scheme of small seeding-suitable map layers, as known from Project Reality.
