General Information[edit | edit source]

The MG 3 is a German general-purpose machine gun chambered for the 7.62×51mm NATO cartridge. The weapon's design is derived from the World War II era MG 42 universal machine gun that fired the 7.92×57mm Mauser round. The weapon and its derivatives have also been acquired by the armed forces of over 30 countries.

Gameplay[edit | edit source]

  • The MG3 is exclusive to the Machine Gunner kit of the Middle Eastern Alliance.
  • The MG3 feeds from 120-round disintegrating belt. There are 4 belts total available for the Machine Gunner.
  • As of its introduction, the MG3 is the fastest firing weapon in the game. It even edges out the NSVT/Kord heavy machine guns in rate of fire. This makes it a highly potent anti-infantry weapon and suppression due to its very high level of output.
