The JH-7A Flying Leopard is an Close Air Support vehicle in Squad. Introduced in the version 4.0 as part of the Red Star Rising update, it is an attack aircraft available to the People’s Liberation Army and later added to the PLA Navy Marine Corps.
Gameplay[]
The JH-7A only appears as a Commander vehicle, and is therefore not directly controllable by players. When it appears, it bears down on the target area marked on the map and fires a large salvo of S-8 rockets. These rockets are very powerful, destroying deployables and vehicles. It functions in the same role as the SU-25 Grach used by Russian Ground Forces. The NATO reporting name for JH-7A is Flounder.
