The G3KA4 appears in three different variants:
- G3KA4
- Default variant featuring iron sights, ranging 100-400m. Exclusive to the Light Anti Tank role.
- G3KA4 + Z-Point
- Alternative variant featuring the non-magnifying red dot sight zeroed at 100m. Exclusive to the Combat Engineer role.
- G3KA4 + ZF1
- Limited variant featuring the telescopic sight with a fixed magnification of 4x and range adjustable from 100m to 600m. Exclusive to the Light Anti Tank role.
