FV520 is a semi-fictional experimental infantry fighting vehicle developed by the British Armed Forces. Called FV510 CSP in real life, it is an attempt to give the old FV510 a better fighting capability, with a stabilized gun and better armor around the new turret. But in March 2021, this upgrade was canceled by the British Ministry of Defence. The older Warriors (FV510) would be replaced by the Boxer AFV.
It is armed with a new, 40mm autocannon which fires telescoped ammunition. It has access to 80 armor-piercing rounds and 80 general purpose (HE) tracer rounds and for each type of ammo 1 round in the chamber. Compared to the regular FV510s, the FV520 CTAS has better overall firepower and has a higher rate of fire for its main gun and also has access to turret stabilization and the hunter-killer ability but carries significantly less ammo in total (160 (+2) total rounds for the FV520 vs 228 (+2) total rounds for the FV510s). The coaxial L94A1 EX-34 machine gun is still the same, however. It borrows the same sights used by the FV4034 main battle tank because the ammo has the same flying performance.
The FV520 is similar to the FV510 platform used by the British Armed Forces. The FV520 is distinguished by its radically different turret, equipped with a 40mm autocannon that fires telescoped ammunition and comes with turret stabilization. The hull is the same as the FV510 UA. All other operating aspects like speed, passenger capacity, health, and armor remain the same with all three variants.
The FV520 shares its chassis with FV510 UA variant. Thus the two vehicles have the same protection level. Unlike FV510, however, the FV520 gunner and commander have access to turret stabilization and hunter-killer functionality. The vehicle can carry 7 passengers besides the crewmen and has 600 ammo points for resupplying FOBs and infantry.

Widely regarded as the strongest IFV in-game, utilize your CTAS40 autocannon for clearing out enemy armor targets. Your incredible damage means a guaranteed win in head-to-head combat with other IFVs. However, IFVs with missiles can still take you out at longer ranges, so make sure you are at an advantageous yet safe position when engaging enemies.
Your high rate of fire and small magazine size means it's easy to be out of ammo after a firefight. Conserve your ammo before the battle.
