The CH-4A UAV is an recon drone in Squad.
General information[]
The CH-4A UAV is an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) capable of remotely controlled or autonomous flight operations. The CH-4A UAV is a hunter-killer UAV designed for long-endurance, high-altitude surveillance.
Gameplay[]
Once called in, the CH-4A is en-route for 30 seconds. After 30 seconds, the CH-4A becomes active, and the commander can enter its camera.
The CH-4A is active for 5 minutes, then returns to the base.
Usage[]
If the CH-4A UAV is active, the Commander can enter and exit the camera as many times until the CH-4A UAV returns to base.
Once in the camera, the Commander can use the Radial Menu to mark enemy positions with tactical markers on the Map.
Trivia[]
- Since version 4.0, MQ-9 has standed in for the CH-4A UAV, as the latter has no dedicated 3D model yet.
