The BTR-MDM APC is an armored personnel carrier featured in Squad, introduced in Version 5.0 for the Russian Airborne Forces (VDV) faction.

Based on the BMD-4M chassis, the BTR-MDM is an airborne-capable, amphibious, armored personnel carrier for the Russian Airborne Forces. Its' 10-cylinder engine delivers an impressive 500 HP, which is rare for an APC.[1][2]

- The BTR-MDM doesn't require crewman kits to operate.
- The vehicle features an unstabilized remote weapon station, equipped with a PKT machine gun, and another (unstabilzed) front-facing PKT mounted in the hull.
